KIDS' BIRTHDAY PARTIES
YAY! Thanks for your interest in hosting a birthday party with us! Kids' birthday parties can only be scheduled over the phone with the studio you plan to visit. But in the meantime, here are some details to get you started. Please note that weekend availability is limited, and the total amount of guests that we can accommodate varies by studio location.
The Details:
- Kids' birthday parties are scheduled for an hour and a half
- Each guest at the party is required to paint a minimum $24 pottery piece (we have TONS of options at and around the $24 mark)
We'll Provide:
- Aqua colored table covers for the painting and food tables
- A birthday banner hanging on the wall
- One 30" square table for the cupcakes or cake that you may bring (you must provide your own plates, silverware, etc.)
Party Deposit & Fees:
- Your party is reserved upon paying a $100 deposit (that we put onto a gift card that will be used toward the pottery painted on the day of the party, or to pay for any Party Add-Ons) plus your party fee. No bookings are confirmed until the deposit is paid.
2-4 Kids: $25 party fee (2 non-painting adults may stay)
5-8 kids: $50 party fee (2 non-painting adults may stay)
9-12 Kids: $75 party fee (3 non-painting adults may stay)
13-16 Kids: $100 party fee (3 non-painting adults may stay)
Party Add-Ons:
- Bringing additional food other than just cake or cupcakes (such as pizza, sandwiches, etc.): $50
- Arriving up to 30 minutes prior to your party to decorate with your own decorations (No confetti, glitter, or noise makers are permitted): $25
- Inviting additional non-painting guests: $20 each
- Extending the party time 30 minutes: $25
Cancellation Policy:
Party fees are non-refundable.
For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, if the reservation is not rescheduled within 30 days, the party host may pick up the gift card within 30 days.
For cancellations with more than 48 hours notice, if the reservation is not rescheduled within 30 days, the gift card purchase will be refunded.
